How does Bridal Registry work?
We pride ourselves on our award winning registry (The knot 2015 Best of Weddings). It is encouraged to call or email us to make an appointment for bridal registry. We want your appointment to be the focus of our attention, plan for up to an hour for your registry. We will create your Bridal Registry and it will available online and in store for purchases. What is your return/exchange policy?
If you need to return or exchange your purchase for any reason, call or send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org . We will refund or exchange items in brand new condition within 30 days of your purchase. For our comprehensive return policy click here!
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes! we will ship internationally, but do not offer free shipping on international sales. Smaller items will ship USPS First Class International, larger packages will be shipped through FedEx. Please note that on USPS First Class packages that tracking is only available until the item reaches the US border. Any levy, taxes, custom fees, or import duties on purchases form shopERG.com will be the purchasers responsibility.
